例如private void button1_Press(object sender, EventArgs e)       {
         panel1.ScrollTo(x:0,y:160);
      }
点击按钮，panel也没有跳转

此功能在6.1版本新增，请使用6.1的designer和客户端测试，另外需要设置panel.Scrollable=true，
